Reservations

How can I cancel or change my reservation?

[For reservations made on the 9h official website]
9h members can make changes or cancellations from the reservation information on My Page. If you are not a 9h member, please display the reservation information from the reservation number and make changes or cancellations from there.

[For reservations made on other websites]
If you have booked through an online reservation site (Rakuten, Jalan, booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.) or a travel agency, please contact the service where you made the booking.

When will cancellation fees apply?

Cancellation before the day of check-in: No cancellation fees apply.
Cancellation on the day of check-in or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fees.
Note: Different cancellation policies apply to non-refundable plan, group bookings or corporate contracts.

Accommodations

What is the check-in time?

Check-in is available from 3 pm until midnight.
If check-in is expected after midnight, please contact us via the inquiry form.
Failure to provide prior notice may result in a no-show charge.

Is early check-in available?

Early check-in is not available. However, luggage storage before check-in is possible.

What is the check-out time?

Checkout is available from the time of check-in until 11:00 a.m. on the final day of your stay.

Is late check-out available?

Late check-out is not available. However, luggage storage after check-out is possible.

What should I do if I'm checking in late?

For check-ins past midnight, please inform us via the inquiry form.
Failure to provide prior notice may result in a no-show charge.

Payment Methods

What advance payment methods are accepted on the official website?

Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners), debit cards, and Apple Pay are accepted.

What payment methods are accepted on-site?

We accept the following methods for on-site payment.
- Credit Card (VISA,Master,JCB,American Express,Diners,UnionPay,DISCOVER)
- E-money (Transportation IC, iD, QUICPay)
- QR codes (PayPay, d Payment, auPAY, Merpay, Alipay, WeChat Pay)
- Cash

How can I obtain a receipt?

The issuance of receipts depends on your reservation and payment methods.

Facilities/Services

What are the in-room amenities and supplies?

3-piece bathroom / Air conditioner / Refrigerator / Electric kettle / Air purifier / Hairdryer / Body soap, shampoo, conditioner / Bath towel, hand towel / Pajamas / Slippers, etc.

*Toothbrushes, razors, combs, hair ties, cotton swabs, and cotton pads are available at the amenity bar on the lobby floor for you to take freely.
*A trouser press is available in the laundry area.

Is there room cleaning during consecutive stays?

To provide optimal service with consideration for the environment, room cleaning service is not provided during consecutive stays. Fresh towels will be placed outside your door everyday. If you would like light cleaning, including garbage collection, pajama replacement, and more, please place the ""Cleaning Requested"" sign on your door by 11:00 a.m.

For stays of 7 nights or more, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week. This includes changing the sheets, replacing towels and pajamas, replenishing in-room amenities, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Free Wi-Fi is available. Please check the connection details, such as the SSID, at each hotel.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

Luggage can be stored on the check-in date. Please inform the staff.

Can I store my luggage after check-out?

Luggage can be stored until 23:59 on the check-out date. Please inform the staff.

Is advance luggage shipping available?

Yes. Please send it on the check-in date with the guest's name (in Roman letters) and check-in date clearly indicated on the shipping label.

Is there a microwave?

A microwave is available in the common area.

Is there a laundry facility?

Coin-operated laundry facilities are provided.

Is there a public bath inside the facility?

Public bath is not available.

Others

Can preschool-aged children stay for free?

One preschool-aged child can share a bed per one adult bed for free. Please note that we do not provide extra beds or amenities (such as towels) for children.

What is the definition of a preschool-aged child?

A preschool-aged child is defined as a child between 0 and 6 years old, before entering elementary school.

Is smoking allowed inside the facility or rooms?

Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility, including e-cigarettes, except in the designated smoking room. Please use the smoking room located on the first floor.

Is parking available?

There is no dedicated parking lot.

Are there any other rules I should know about?

In the event that bedding is soiled, a cleaning fee of 5,000 yen will be charged, regardless of whether it was intentional or accidental. For cases that cannot be resolved with cleaning or for damages to equipment, the cost of replacement (actual expenses) will be charged.

Can minors stay by themselves?

Our facility is available for guests aged 12 and above. There are no special rates for children.

Ages 12–17
If a parent or guardian is not present, a signed consent form from a parent or guardian is required.

Ages 18 and above
There are no restrictions.

How can I inquire about corporate contracts?

We are available to discuss corporate contracts for companies that regularly use our facilities. Please contact us via the contact form.
